- 1/2 tsp salt

Tuyosilog Recipe
Fried Rice in 5 Minutes
- Pour 1 tablespoon cooking oil on preheated frying pan.
- Add garlic. Sauteé for 1 minute or until light brown.
- Add 1 cup rice. Cook rice evenly for 2 minutes.
- Add one tablespoon soy sauce. Mix soy sauce evenly with rice. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Turn off heat. You can now put the fried rice on your breakfast plate with the sliced tomato.
Scrambled Eggs in 3 Minutes
- Break 3 eggs into a small bowl.
- Beat eggs for 30 seconds.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon salt. Beat eggs again for 30 seconds.
- Pour 1 tablespoon cooking oil into pre-heated frying pan.
- Pour beaten eggs into frying pan.
- After 1 minute, use a spatula to fold left and right sides of slightly cooked scrambled egg toward each other. Do not flip over.
- Lower the heat and cook for another 1 minute without flipping over the folded scrambled eggs.
- Turn off heat. You can now put the scrambled eggs on your breakfast plate with the fried rice.
Cook Tuyo in 2 minutes
- Pour 1 tablespoon cooking oil into pre-heated frying pan.
- Add the tuyo. Cook for 2 minutes. That's one minute on each side so you flip the fish only once.
- Turn off heat. You can now put the dried herrings on your breakfast plate with the fried rice and scrambled eggs.
