Chicken Tinola Recipe
- Preheat cooking pot with cooking oil.
- At medium heat, sauté chicken in onion and garlic until chicken parts are light brown on all sides.
- Add the fish sauce and the ginger. Cook for 1 more minute.
- Cook for 2 more minutes then add the papaya.
- Cook for another 2 minutes then add the water, turn up heat to high, put lid on, and leave to boil.
- Let 2 minutes of boiling then turn down heat to low. Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add the chili leaves then simmer for 5 minutes.
- Turn off heat and serve hot with rice. Enjoy!
