Chicken Curry Recipe
- Sauté onion and garlic in preheated cooking pot with cooking oil.
- Add the chicken. Turn chicken parts to evenly cook all sides until light brown.
- Add carrots, potatoes, red bell pepper. Cook ingredients in pot just until potatoes start to get transparent without browning.
- Pour milk and the curry mix. MIx all ingredients well to until curry mix is dissolved in the milk.
- Simmer for 20 minutes, turn the heat off and serve while hot.
- Serve a la carte or partner with spaghetti.
