  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp onion, slices
  • 1/2 kg fresh chicken, chopped
  • 1/2 cup potatoes, medium cube slices
  • 1/4 cup carrots, diced
  • 1 tbsp red bell pepper, slices
  • 20 g pack chicken curry mix
  • 1/4 cup evaporated mik

Chicken Curry Recipe

  1. Sauté onion and garlic in preheated cooking pot with cooking oil.
  2. Add the chicken. Turn chicken parts to evenly cook all sides until light brown.
  3. Add carrots, potatoes, red bell pepper. Cook ingredients in pot just until potatoes start to get transparent without browning.
  4. Pour milk and the curry mix. MIx all ingredients well to until curry mix is dissolved in the milk.
  5. Simmer for 20 minutes, turn the heat off and serve while hot.
  6. Serve a la carte or partner with spaghetti.
