Marinade Sauce in 5 Minutes

  1. Clean the chicken and put chicken in a bowl you use for marinading.
  2. Add the soy sauce and mix with garlic powder, ground black pepper, dried bay leaves, and vinegar.
  3. Cover with lid and put in the bottom section of your refrigerator. Let your marinade sit for a minimum of 3 hours.

Cook in 33 Minutes

  1. Over low heat, preheat cooking pot or pan for 3 minutes with cooking oil while separating the chicken from your marinade sauce using a strainer. Set aside your marinade sauce.
  2. Add the chicken and cook all sides of chicken evenly for 10 minutes over medium heat before going to the next step.
  3. Now, slowy pour your marinade sauce on the chicken. Mix all ingredients carefully then cover with lid.
  4. When boiling starts, add water, stir, then simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
